BV TECH’s SIEM selected for testing under the Defence General Staff’s Cyber Garage initiative

Following the interest generated by the SIEM “Chimeracreated by BV TECH as part of participation in the technological event “Innotech By Cyber Garage” – Innovation & Technological C5I call – “With The Soldiers, for The Soldiers”, which was held from 18 to 20 June 2025 at the Barracks “Giuseppe Perotti”, headquarters of the Army Transmission Command and during which leading companies in the technological and cyber sector presented industrial solutions already available on the market and innovative sector projects, in response to the technological clusters identified by the Armed Forces, BV TECH’s system was selected among those deemed of particular interest for the activities of testing “in the field” innovative technologies to support the Armed Forces.

The overall results of the initiative were presented during the ’ “Innotech by Cyber Garage – Distinguished Visitors Day”, which was held on December 12, 2025 at the Army Transmission Command, an event to which BV TECH was also invited. Innotech is part of an initiative launched by the Defence General Staff that aims to sift through technologies that are immediately available and useful for meeting specific and current operational needs.

The SIEM “Chimera” of BV TECH was developed as part of the research activities carried out during the Program Contract “Cybersecurity and SOC Product Suites”, co-financed by the Puglia Region – POR/FESR CUP/CIG B93G18000040007.
